We offer worldwide shipping from our headquarters in the Netherlands. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Domestic (Netherlands): € 40,- for all orders. Estimated delivery time: 10-12 business days.
- European Union: Standard shipping is €70 for all orders. Estimated delivery time: 10-12 business days.
- International: Standard shipping is €70. Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days, depending on location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the value of the diamonds during transit. In the event of loss or damage, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
Customs and Duties
